This position has overall responsibility for several critical human resources functions, including recruiting, wage compensation, benefits, workers’ compensation, employee relations, training, diversity, employee engagement, and employee records. Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs and ensures labor law and regulatory compliance. Provides internal support and partnership to deliver required human resources. Maintains vendor relationships that provide supplemental HR processes and services. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. This position has overall responsibility for a wide range of Human Resources Generalist I administrative duties, including training, health and safety, compliance with local policies and procedures, workers’ compensation, wage compensation, and recruitment. The incumbent will spend 50% of their time sourcing and recruiting for candidates. Additionally, the HR Generalist I interfaces with all levels of employees, including providers, volunteers, students, and Senior Management.
