About The Position
The HR Generalist/Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's human resources function, with a focus on Talent management, and providing strategic HR support to a designated business function. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage diverse responsibilities, from handling complex international assignments to driving HR projects that strengthen talent development, succession planning, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel and HR Data management
- Interest in HR Projects and HR Business Partnering
- Fluent in English
