About The Position

This internship program is designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. Alongside mentorship and learning experiences, your day-to-day role will cover responsibilities such as supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day people operations and business initiatives, assisting with the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration), coordinating recruitment, talent development, and internal HR projects, preparing HR reports, maintaining employee data, supporting people analytics, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to HR process improvements.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese; Chinese language skills are essential for this role.
  • US Green Card holder preferred; OPT candidates will also be considered.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in HR, with the potential to transition into a full-time HRBP (JDS) role.
