About The Position

Requirements

  • Age: All employees must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma/GED required with some experience in Human Resources
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with an interest in working within a fast-paced HR department.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and ethical standards while handling sensitive information in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring positive engagement from offer acceptance through orientation.
  • Accurately collect and track pre-employment requirements, including background checks, out-of-state registries, and clinical documentation according to regulatory requirements.
  • Process new hire data within the ADP Onboarding system and verify federal I-9 documentation in compliance with federal regulations.
  • Partner with the Training Manager to coordinate logistics and hosting for New Hire Experience events to ensure orientation is welcoming and aligned with KVC culture.
  • Provide essential support for approximately 12 business unit audits per year by gathering and organizing specialized documentation.
  • Act as a primary liaison between new hires, recruiters, HR leaders, and state licensing agencies.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks including employment verifications, security badge production, and office supply management.
