We’re hiring a HR/Front Desk Administrative Assistant at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, AZ. Requirements

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Have at least three years of experience working in an office environment.
  • Have experience and success in office management.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance to any Visitors that arrive to Canyon State
  • Answer the phone calls that come in
  • Assist the HR team with any administrative duties needed
  • Primarily responsible for any administrative assistance required by management and/or program staff
  • Ensures all administrative office procedures are in compliance with ROP established professional standards.
