Dominion Energy is seeking a Mid/Senior HR Employee Resource Center Representative to join their Employee Resource Center. This role will provide support to employees, leaders, and HR peer groups on HR-related issues, programs, policies, and processes. Requirements

  • 2+ years of directly related experience for HR Employee Resource Center Representative.
  • 5+ years of directly related experience for Senior HR Employee Resource Center Representative.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of company organizational structure.
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and programs.
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient personal computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience (Senior role).
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies and programs under area of responsibility (Senior role).
  • Knowledge of company policies, programs and information systems (SAP, ServiceNow, and Success Factors) and relevant government regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA, and USERRA (Senior role).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills (Senior role).
  • Analytical and problem solving skills (Senior role).
  • Program administration skills (Senior role).
  • Proficient personal computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft applications (Senior role).

Responsibilities

  • Provide full life cycle of employment transactions and support.
  • Handle compliance documentation.
  • Address payroll inquiries.
  • Provide time administration support.
  • Manage benefit transactions.
  • Administer military programs.
  • Offer HR emergency relief and response support.
  • Process special payments and expenses.
  • Handle HRIS role inquiries.
  • Fulfill general personnel history requests.
  • Respond to legal human resource inquiries.
  • Answer HR policy inquiries.
  • Provide government and internal audit support.
  • Administer service awards.
  • Track termination and access revocation.
  • Administer education assistance.
  • Process verification of employment inquiries.
  • Assist with government benefit processing.
  • Perform specific data entry into the HR system of record following protocols.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service through interaction with employees, leaders, and HR peer groups via telephone, electronic, and case management systems.
  • Handle higher level processes and more complex processes and transactions for the Senior role.
  • Process Military Leave Supplement.
  • Perform benefit administration entry.
  • Address complex payroll inquiries/issues.
  • Handle wage/time verification.
  • Process employee temporary assignments.
  • Process relocation assistance.
  • Utilize higher level analytical skills to identify accuracy in data and potential issues in requests, actions, or programs, including union contract processes.
  • Represent ERC on Merger and Acquisition projects as a senior.
  • Act as ERC SME for project teams.
  • Provide back-up support for Lead HR ERC Rep.
