Client Resource Representative (Call Center)
About The Position
Our Client Resource Center (Call Center) is looking for a full-time 40/hr position for our Redding location. Outgoing, goal-oriented individual to join our fast-paced team today. Call Center and/or banking, office experience required. Experience in customer service capacity a plus. Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer operations including Word and Excel, spreadsheet and email software programs required. Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent customer service and phone skills. Must have the ability to work in a high-paced team environment, with the ability to multi-task and to establish and maintain customer relationships. Salary range for this position is $20.00/hr to $26.00/hr DOE
Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent.
- 1 year of call center and/or other related experience required.
- Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer operations including word processing, spreadsheet and email software programs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent phone skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a customer service capacity.
- 2 or more years of call center and/or other related experience preferred.
