About The Position

The HR Director leads the Human Resources function for Prysmian’s North America Industrial & Construction business. The role partners with senior business and functional leaders to execute people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance across multiple locations and a diverse employee population. The HR Director works with leaders across operations, commercial, finance, IT, supply chain, R&D, and other functions, and leads and develops a high-performing HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing an HR team.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong business partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business and functional leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities, growth plans, and organizational goals.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and offboarding.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, change management, and people-related decisions.
• Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and promote consistent HR practices across locations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Support compensation, talent, performance, and other enterprise HR programs.
