About The Position

As HR Director Transformation at Honeywell, you will shape HR strategy and lead transformation initiatives within the HR function. You will provide strategic direction and executive leadership to ensure HR programs and practices align with evolving business objectives, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. You will work with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance during transformation, develop aligned policies and programs, and lead a team of HR professionals through change. The role also involves ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout transformation efforts.

The position is based in Houston, Texas, on a hybrid work schedule, and reports directly to the HR VP. Your leadership will support the transformation of HR processes and culture, change management, talent development, and an inclusive, high-performance culture across the business.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of HR experience, focused on transformation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams through organizational transformation.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices related to transformation initiatives.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development during periods of change.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite to support data-driven decision-making.
