This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, human resources, organizational psychology, technology, or a related field.
3 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.
Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and build strong client relationships.
Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR and workflows.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage assigned tasks and deadlines with guidance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
Interest in the future of work, workforce skills and development, HR’s evolving role, organizational design, or technology-enabled change.

Nice To Haves

Experience or coursework related to HR optimization, digital transformation, or AI applications in business.
Skills in data analysis platforms, programming, or digital project management.
Passion for exploring how technology can solve real-world HR challenges.
Familiarity with HR operating models or talent processes such as skills assessment, reskilling, upskilling, performance, career pathways, or internal mobility.
Experience using AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, or content development, with appropriate review and judgment.

Responsibilities

Support client engagements spanning HR and workforce transformation, including HR operating model and service delivery improvements, work and role redesign, and people program effectiveness.
Dive into the latest trends in AI, automation, HR technology, and the changing nature of work to help clients modernize their HR operations.
Collaborate with clients and senior team members to understand client business, HR, and workforce challenges and contribute to practical recommendations that enhance employee experience, engagement, and drive business success.
Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
Own defined project activities and deliverables, including conducting analysis, synthesizing findings, developing recommendations, and preparing high-quality, client-ready materials with guidance from senior consultants.
Conduct research and analyze data on workforce skills, roles, talent processes, workforce planning, HR operations, and broader HR transformation priorities to help identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to assessments of HR operating models, processes, organizational structures, and ways of working, as well as the potential impacts of work and role redesign on talent systems such as performance management learning and development, etc.
Apply AI-enabled tools to enhance consulting delivery and explore opportunities to help clients improve HR services and redesign work through AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Support the development of compelling presentations, reports, and recommendations that translate analysis into actionable HR solutions.
Participate in team problem-solving sessions to help shape practical and innovative solutions for client challenges.
Prepare for and actively participate in client interviews, workshops, and working sessions, and support the coordination and execution of project activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
