About The Position

Family Life Care is seeking an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Director to join our team at a fast-paced and growing home health care company in Orange Park, Florida. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of HR and Payroll experience
  • Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office systems
  • Must have experience utilizing social media and recruiting websites
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and work ethics
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-team environment
  • Ability to use discretion concerning sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Have a "Go the extra mile" personality

Responsibilities

  • Maintain policies and procedures for recruiting, hiring, and processing staff into the company.
  • Handle onboarding, maintain employee records, coordinate benefits enrollment, and assist with recruiting and hiring.
  • Process payroll, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and laws.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, vendor relationships, contracts and leases, supplies and equipment.
