This position divides their time between general office support (80%) and Human Resource support (20%). The role involves working closely with production management, accounting, and purchasing to ensure smooth business unit operations. The Office Manager/Finance Administrative Support duties include overseeing daily office functions, acting as a point of contact for customers and employees, managing accounts receivable and collections, invoicing, month-end reconciliation, ensuring timely bill payments, communicating with customers, filing invoices, creating daily sales orders, working with production to track and sell finished goods, managing customer service inquiries, printing labels, and assisting where needed. The HR Support duties include acting as a key employee liaison for ADP issues and employee complaints/concerns, partnering with the production manager to track employee hours and attendance, and assisting HR with employee onboarding documents.
