We are Givaudan. Human by nature. As the HR Director of Operations, reporting to the HR Regional Head, you will lead an HR team. This team will guide our regional HR agenda, ensuring understanding of our goals. Additionally, the agenda will focus on workforce transformation and digital HR advancements. You will be an strategic HR business partner by implementing HR programs that support talent acquisition, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning. Using AI-driven workforce insights and HR digitalization to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with labor laws and governance frameworks. This position will be based at our Cincinnati site, working in a hybrid model (4 days at the office, 1 day remote).
