About The Position

This role supports the lead of a complex, group-wide HR Data Governance project as a trusted delivery partner. The successful candidate will help improve HR data quality and establish effective governance across business units and system landscapes. While not leading the overall project, they will coordinate work in their assigned area, support project delivery, and turn governance concepts into workable processes. The position covers translating data-quality frameworks into practical requirements, rules, responsibilities, processes, and measures; coordinating data-quality rules with business units and system owners; and tracking data-quality issues and corrective actions. The role also adapts group-wide governance principles to different organizational structures, processes, and systems; brings stakeholders together; prepares concepts and updates for the project lead; and turns pilot lessons into repeatable standards. The project-coordination responsibilities include managing complex sub-projects or workstreams, defining approaches and responsibilities, coordinating activities within scope, contributing to budgeting and planning, guiding team members functionally, tailoring communications, assessing and mitigating risks, and improving project processes and systems. Occasional travel for workshops, relationship building, and meetings with business units and countries is expected. Remote work is available only within Slovakia. Final salary is negotiable and depends on seniority and prior experience; the base salary will not be lower than €1,800 gross, with a variable component and other financial benefits.
