RSM is seeking an HR Data Analyst to support HR data and reporting initiatives within our Risk Consulting practice, aligned to Financial Services client engagements. This role will support design, integration, validation, and reporting across HR systems to help enable accurate, consistent, and actionable data insights. The HR Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Technology, Data, and Reporting stakeholders, to support data alignment, improve data quality, and ensure reporting outputs meet business and client requirements.
