The Data Analyst Intern will work directly with the Director of Human Resources, HR team members, and Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support data-driven HR and recruiting operations and initiatives. This position will require collaboration with multiple departments and office locations to assist with HR- and recruitment-related data requests, reporting, and insights that support employee programs and hiring decisions. The Data Analyst Intern will gain hands-on experience across people analytics, recruiting analytics, reporting, data management, and process optimization, including the use of AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation. This role requires analytical thinking, professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and an interest in HR and talent analytics.
