The HR Data & Analytics Analyst supports workforce reporting and analytics that enable informed decision‑making across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing workforce data, producing recurring and ad hoc reports, and identifying trends related to staffing, productivity, and workforce operations. Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business partners, this role helps translate workforce data into clear, accurate insights that support operational planning and day‑to‑day workforce decisions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytically curious, and comfortable working with data in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment. This position is focused on analytics and reporting and does not involve HR system configuration. Accurate and timely workforce data is critical to effective planning and operations. In this role, you will help ensure leaders have visibility into workforce trends and metrics that support staffing decisions, productivity tracking, and workforce planning efforts.
