Job Summary The HR Data & Analytics Analyst supports workforce reporting and analytics that enable informed decision‑making across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing workforce data, producing recurring and ad hoc reports, and identifying trends related to staffing, productivity, and workforce operations. Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business partners, this role helps translate workforce data into clear, accurate insights that support operational planning and day‑to‑day workforce decisions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytically curious, and comfortable working with data in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment. This position is focused on analytics and reporting and does not involve HR system configuration. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma / GED with 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • 1–3 years of Workday experience in analytics, reporting, or data analysis (HR, workforce, or business analytics preferred)
  • Experience using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms)
  • Experience reporting from Workday or a comparable HRIS; Workday Reporting preferred
  • Basic understanding of data structures, data quality, and reporting concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends or inconsistencies
  • Ability to clearly explain data and reporting outputs to stakeholders with varying levels of analytics familiarity
  • Comfortable collaborating with others while managing assigned work independently
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple requests and priorities
  • Willingness to ask questions, learn new tools, and build analytics skills over time
  • Professional communicator who can clarify requirements and set realistic expectations
  • Interest in workforce operations and how data supports staffing and productivity decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑heavy environment with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Workday PRISM Analytics and/or Workday Worksheets a plus
  • Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain workforce analytics and reporting for HR and business stakeholders on established cadences
  • Support operational workforce decision‑making through timely analysis of staffing, productivity, and workforce metrics
  • Monitor current and short‑term workforce trends to identify changes, risks, or data issues
  • Analyze historical workforce data to identify patterns and support workforce planning activities
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and time‑sensitive business questions with accurate, well‑structured outputs
  • Partner with HR COEs and business teams to understand reporting needs and improve clarity and usefulness of insights
  • Support workforce planning discussions through data preparation, trend analysis, and basic forecasting support
  • Contribute to analytics projects focused on improving workforce visibility, reporting efficiency, and data quality
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of workforce data across reports and dashboards
  • Build knowledge of workforce analytics best practices, tools, and industry trends
