About The Position

DT Pro is seeking a HR Data Analyst (Management Analyst II) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will design and build multi-faceted human resources information technology tools and dashboards that provide decision-quality data for HR to use in providing advice, guidance, and recommendations for both internal HR and Command leadership.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or a related technical field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide workforce insights to leadership and HR teams.
  • Develop Power Apps solutions to improve HR processes such as onboarding tracking, furlough management, personnel actions, and workflow automation.
  • Analyze workforce attrition, staffing trends, and hiring demand to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Process and maintain daily employee movement data including gains, losses, transfers, and staffing changes.
  • Gather, clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple HR systems for recurring and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Respond to internal and external data calls by collecting inputs from stakeholders and delivering completed submissions on time.
  • Track onboarding readiness for civilian employees and contractors to ensure compliance with command requirements.
  • Process requests for Billet Identification Number (BIN) data and Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) records.
  • Validate personnel awards, workforce records, and organizational data from systems such as TWMS and Cognos.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reporting guides, and data governance documentation.
  • Conduct audits of dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and protection of sensitive information.
  • Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce administrative workload.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
