About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator provides day-to-day HR operations support for the distribution center and helps create a welcoming, positive Team Member experience. The role owns hourly recruiting coordination and candidate pipeline administration; onboarding and orientation; training compliance tracking; payroll and timekeeping support; and culture, engagement, and recognition support. The Coordinator handles routine Team Member questions, prepares documentation and operational reports, shares data and feedback with the HR Business Partner (HRBP), and connects Team Members with appropriate resources. Matters requiring judgment or employee relations expertise—including sensitive complaints, leave or accommodation matters, and other complex concerns—are promptly escalated to the HRBP or the appropriate Home Office team. The Coordinator partners closely with the HRBP, hiring managers, operations trainers, DC leaders, Payroll, staffing agencies, and other business partners. The position supports staffing activity within approved hiring goals and staffing plans, maintains HRIS data integrity and compliance records, and helps HR processes run smoothly in a fast-paced distribution environment. The preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; prior experience in HR, recruiting, or HR operations; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and, preferably, experience with applicant tracking, HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems. Bilingual skills are also preferred. The role is described as suitable for a mid-shift schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
