About The Position

The Human Resources Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by providing exceptional service to employees, leaders, and business partners across the organization. This position is responsible for coordinating a variety of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data management, recruiting support, reporting, and employee communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • One to three years of human resources, payroll, recruiting, or administrative experience required.
  • Experience working with human resources information systems (HRIS), preferably Paycom.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and human resources best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee information within Paycom and other human resources systems, including data entry, audits, updates, and record management.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless experience for new employees, including screening services, system access, and new-hire documentation.
  • Partner with HR Generalists and HR Business Partners to support employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Conduct routine audits of employee records, organizational structures, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Maintain personnel records while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with employment verifications, unemployment claims, benefits-related inquiries, workers compensation and other employee requests as needed.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, systems, and available resources.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
