About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This position plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee communication, and administrative HR functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable handling confidential information. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to effectively support employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department (data entry, filing, recordkeeping)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct phone screenings and support interview processes
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Prepare and process new hire paperwork, background checks, and employment verifications
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Communicate HR updates, announcements, and important information
  • Assist with training coordination and maintain training records
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information
