About The Position

The HR & Training Coordinator will support the daily operations of Human Resources, with a primary focus on administrative support, on-boarding coordination, training logistics, and team member support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, interacting with team members, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a high-end hospitality environment. Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1–3 years of administrative, training, or HR-related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Canva is a plus
  • Experience in hospitality or a service-driven environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
  • Support the execution of the Club’s onboarding program and training initiatives
  • Schedule, track, and maintain records for training and required programs
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of onboarding and departmental training
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Serve as a point of contact for team member questions and provide general HR support
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
  • Assist with documentation related to employee relations matters as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
