Midland Transport is currently seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support employees and leaders playing a hands-on role in onboarding new employees, and providing day-to-day HR support. You will contribute directly to a positive employee experience while helping ensure our HR processes support safe, respectful, and effective operations across our network. Working closely with the HR team, this role supports employee relations, responds to employee inquiries, and assists with HR initiatives and events.
