This is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for preparing and administering the weekly plant labor schedule, coordinating labor assignments, bid tracking, awarding, and posting, hourly training administration, employee qualification tracking, managing the employee training database, and preparing new hire training documentation. HR duties include managing hourly employee vacation scheduling, processing unemployment claims, maintaining personnel files, working with the team on the employee product purchase program, assisting with tracking the employee attendance program and preparing attendance disciplines, and assisting with the new hire process and orientation duties. Daily interaction with employees, union representatives, and management staff is required.
