About The Position

This role focuses on HR Administration & Compliance, Employee Support & Engagement, and Recruiting & Onboarding Support. The HR Coordinator II will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with compliance tracking, supporting HR leadership, and conducting basic HR audits. Additionally, the role involves serving as a liaison for employee concerns, supporting engagement initiatives, and assisting with conflict resolution. The position also supports onboarding processes and recruitment efforts, contributing to the development and refinement of HR processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience, including administrative and compliance support.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and audit employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
  • Assist with tracking compliance, certifications, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support HR leadership in policy enforcement and documentation.
  • Conduct basic HR audits and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and HR leadership, addressing HR-related concerns.
  • Support and help execute company-wide employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and documentation of employee relations issues.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including applicant tracking and interview coordination.
  • Support HR leadership in developing and refining HR processes.
