About The Position

The Human Resources Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with local, state, and federal regulations. This role involves processing, collecting, auditing, reviewing, and analyzing reports to maintain compliance standards. The specialist will create comprehensive reports and manage compliance-related activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Products) including generating reports, manipulating and analyzing data (Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Processing, collecting, auditing, reviewing, and analyzing reports to maintain compliance standards.
  • Creating comprehensive reports.
  • Managing compliance-related activities.
