A growing home care agency is seeking an experienced HR Compliance & Benefits Coordinator to oversee workforce compliance, employee leave administration, benefits eligibility tracking, attendance management, and personnel documentation. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership regarding FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, benefit eligibility, attendance compliance, employment status audits, and workforce documentation. The position works closely with Operations, Clinical, Scheduling, Payroll, and Recruiting teams to ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal labor regulations. The ideal candidate has experience managing employee records, leave administration, workforce compliance, benefits eligibility, and employee relations in a healthcare, home care, or human services environment.
