About The Position

The Human Resources Change Management Intern (Non-Technical) position provides an opportunity for a college student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment. The intern will work under the guidance of a supervisor and mentor to support business initiatives, process improvements, and data management activities. This role will help the intern develop practical skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and business analysis while contributing meaningful work to the organization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong academic standing and demonstrated interest in learning about manufacturing or industrial business environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges, gather data, and propose effective solutions or process improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to take initiative on assignments.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and business processes quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship, co-op, or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative support within assigned department.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of findings for review by leadership.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas or perspectives on process improvements.
  • Support the creation or revision of documentation, forms, or communication materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned business projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all work assignments.
  • Engage in learning activities, training sessions, and professional development events.
