About The Position
Develop, collect, analyze, and report key people data to Xcel Energy Change Management team and stakeholders to assist in making key change decisions and understand the impacts of change at the enterprise level. Develop and produce regular and ad hoc dashboards in digestible formats for change team and stakeholders. Serve as SharePoint subject matter advisor in modifying and updating the Xcel Energy Change Management sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of experience in data analysis, reporting, and collection.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic understanding of data structures and query tools.
- Ability to interpret and communicate data and trends back to the business.
- Proficiency in SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and validation of stakeholder assessments, stakeholder segmentation, and change management personas in partnership with business stakeholders and Change Management Consultants.
- Assist in conducting change impact analyses to identify organizational, process, technology, and role impacts and support mitigation planning.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze change management dashboards, reporting, surveys, and adoption metrics to provide actionable insights for project and business leaders.
- Coordinate and support stakeholder engagement activities, including communications, training events, roadshows, change networks, community of practice meetings, and SharePoint or program collaboration sites.
