About The Position

As the HR Business Service Specialist, you will manage work across multiple Human Resources disciplines. You will provide comprehensive HR support to the business while ensuring compliance, consistency, and understanding of organizational policies and goals. You will operate with moderate guidance, demonstrating increasing independence and broader accountability in daily responsibilities and project work. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Partner working on-site at our facility in Huntsville, AL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 or more years of experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer multiple HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
  • Provide general HR business support, partnering with team members to address workforce needs.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and HR data.
  • Help with employee and labor relations matters, including communications and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and administer total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits processes.
  • Support relocation services (domestic and international) and immigration-related activities.
  • Facilitate and coordinate HR-related development programs.
  • Contribute to HR processes and improvements across multiple HR sub-disciplines.
