About The Position

YQN is a fast-growing, technology-driven international logistics platform seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its growing U.S. operations. The HRBP partners with business leaders and employees on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and day-to-day HR support. The role also supports employee engagement, retention, and career development; handles employee concerns and workplace investigations as needed; partners with recruiting and HR teams on hiring, onboarding, policies, and HR programs; ensures HR practices comply with applicable U.S. federal and state employment laws; and identifies opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5+ years of HR experience, including HRBP, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
Experience partnering with managers and supporting frontline or operational teams.
Strong employee relations, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.

Nice To Haves

Professional proficiency in Chinese speaking and reading.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution.
