As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Human Resources team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll support the people & culture strategy to ensure HR strategy aligned with business plans and strategic objectives. You will drive impact through the annual Talent Review process, consult with and provide recommendations to leadership on organizational design, and implement and drive a total compensation structure. You will also consult with leadership on talent management and development needs, identify competency/skill gaps and recommend/implement learning & development solutions, and build a strong pipeline of talent. Additionally, you will drive recruitment activities, partner to build organizational capabilities, champion change management, and serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on a wide range of business and people issues. You will recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency and best practices, and in concert with leadership, build and drive a positive employee culture. You will also gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and develop solutions, and partner with global HR counterparts to execute strategic and tactical HR tasks within a Centers of Excellence (COE) Model.
