About The Position

The HR Business Partner will drive cross-departmental synergy to implement HR policies and projects, aligning with business goals and strategies. This role will address employee needs efficiently and provide HR support for business growth. Key responsibilities include optimizing talent development and succession mechanisms for optimal Role-Motivation Fit, assisting in human resources management, and enhancing business department cohesion by applying Organizational Behavior principles. The position also involves driving Employee Well-being Programs to maximize employee satisfaction and job engagement, cultivating Psychological Safety, and actively decreasing Cognitive Biases to improve workplace fairness, thereby strengthening a sense of belonging and organizational cohesion. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will provide HR data analysis and decision-making advice, maintain organizational management, and promote digital transformation of HR processes. This role also manages headcount planning, allocation, and dynamic control to ensure rational utilization of human resource quotas, and analyzes employee turnover data, focusing on turnover intention and psychological factors to formulate targeted retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a closely related field.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Adherence to Fuyao Glass America Inc., Core Foundation Competencies including Ethics, Integrity, Values & Trust.
