About The Position

JAM Industries is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced, operational environment. This role is highly hands-on and will partner closely with site leadership to deliver day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and people processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both hourly and salaried employees and thrives in an on-site, visible HR role.

Requirements

  • Proven HR generalist experience in an on-site, operational environment (warehouse experience preferred)
  • Strong background in employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals, compliance, and employment policies
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and manage both strategic and tactical HR work
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers at the site
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action
  • Coach and advise managers on performance management, discipline, and policy application
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
  • Partner closely with site leadership to support business needs and workforce initiatives
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Address payroll inquiries
