BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB HR Business Partner, this role provides internal consulting to an assigned client group of senior leaders and their teams to build leadership capability and enhance employee engagement. Coaches leaders on issues affecting employee engagement and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommend appropriate next steps. The HR Business Partner monitors organization performance and focuses on aligning HR services and programs with business needs, and in line with the people strategy. This role also serves frontline staff in counseling and providing HR-related resources.
