The Talent Management Business Partner supports the execution of talent strategies by working with business leaders and HR teams to identify talent needs, drive employee development, and support succession planning and organizational growth. This role is responsible for leadership and employee development programs and strategies, onboarding, leader integration, and teambuilding, talent identification and succession planning, and employee and team development and engagement. This position is part of the system Talent Management team within Human Resources. This position reports to the MPC Talent Management Manager and will support both Southern Company-wide initiatives and Mississippi Power Company.
