About The Position

As an HR Business Partner Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, independently managing human resources (HR) matters and providing guidance for assigned business areas. You'll apply advanced HR knowledge to address complex employee relations, workforce challenges, and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • Strong consulting, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters independently
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
  • Criminal background check required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR generalist roles

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers and leaders on employee relations, performance, and workforce issues.
  • Manage complex HR matters independently and assess risk.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational needs.
  • Interpret and apply HR policies and employment laws.
  • Support change management and organizational initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to inform recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.
