Position Summary The primary responsibility of the HR Business & Data Analyst is to evaluate business processes, document workflows, and transform data into insights that improve operational efficiency. This role blends business analysis, data analytics, HR process support, and improvement. The HR Business and Data Analyst partners closely with Global HR, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and cross ‑ functional leaders to build high ‑ quality documentation, uncover performance trends, and recommend actionable enhancements that make processes simpler, more accurate, and more scalable. This position will be based out of the White Bear Lake, MN location, with occasional need to be onsite at the Fridley, MN location.
