About The Position

Zions Bank is seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to join their HR team in the headquarters office location in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role will provide customer service, clerical, and administrative support for the corporate benefits areas. The specialist will assist with the efficient processing and tracking of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, and prepare benefit documentation for new hires and current employees. They will maintain and enter benefits-related information into Internet Enrollment Systems, ensuring data integrity, and advise employees on benefits processes and procedures. The role also involves producing reports as required and acting as an advocate for employees in benefit-related matters.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with Excel spreadsheets and data analysis required.
  • Experience in employee benefits, human resources or other directly related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of departmental functions, benefits and/or human resources, PC's and customer service skills.
  • Requires a high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities
