Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new tenants.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
- Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
