Zions Bank is seeking an HR Benefits Specialist to join their HR team in the headquarters office location in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role provides customer service, clerical, and administrative support for the corporate benefits areas. The ideal candidate will assist with efficient processing and tracking of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, prepare benefit documentation for new hires and current employees, and maintain/enter benefits-related information into Internet Enrollment Systems, ensuring data integrity. The specialist will also advise employees on benefits-related questions and concerns, produce reports as required, and act as an advocate for employees in benefit matters.
