About The Position

This is a temporary, part-time position (15-20 hours per week, June-August) assisting the HR team with scanning and organizing electronic and paper employee files. The role involves reviewing and organizing paper employee documents, updating electronic employee folders, scanning documents, renaming and saving documents, and updating documentation so that physical documents can be destroyed. Other related administrative tasks may also be assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer skills, including internet, database navigation, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work steadily and independently
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of records

Responsibilities

  • Review and organize paper employee documents
  • Review and update electronic employee folders
  • Scan documents
  • Rename and save documents in employee folders
  • Update documentation so that physical documents can be destroyed
  • Other related administrative tasks
