HR Assistant (Temp)
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide temporary support. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources with strong recruiting and interviewing experience. This role will support day-to-day HR operations while helping to maintain a positive employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a dependable HR professional who can step into the role quickly and provide seamless support during a maternity leave absence. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong recruiting and interviewing skills required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assist with the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and provide general HR support.
- Assist with employee inquiries and other HR-related tasks as needed.
