Tailored for businesses at various growth stages, Ops+ handles essential back-end operations so owners can focus on strategic growth and innovation rather than paperwork. We are looking for a people-oriented and highly organized HR Assistant to support our HR team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent college graduate or a student in their final year of an HR, Business, or related program. You will support experienced HR professionals in delivering HR services — including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee support across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be a key support resource for the team, helping to ensure our clients' employees and HR processes are well cared for.
