About The Position

Our goal in People Services is to deliver an exceptional experience to employees and provide comprehensive support. We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and versatile professional to join our team. This unique role is designed to provide the incumbent with broad exposure to the inner workings of People Services, offering a well-rounded experience through multiple assignments in advisory, operational efficiency, and complex problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a professional environment with a focus on problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
  • RTX must be able to obtain and maintain the U.S. export authorization.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources or customer service-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with HR policy or areas of expertise (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Relations).
  • Experience utilizing HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.
  • Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to show empathy and provide supportive guidance when addressing employee concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key resource for employees and managers by providing high-quality assistance and resolution for various inquiries.
  • Utilize a diagnostic approach to understand needs and provide clear guidance on company policies and self-service resources.
  • Assist in the resolution of complex employee issues, including conducting research, managing sensitive information with professional judgment, and ensuring that intricate inquiries are handled with accuracy and empathy.
  • Support the team in identifying and recommending process enhancements.
  • Play an active role in projects designed to improve day-to-day operations, enhance the employee experience, and streamline operational and service delivery.
  • Work across various teams within U.S. People Services to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all stakeholders, while sharing insights that help the team identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
