This role provides a high level of customer service in all interactions with employees, peers, management, and visitors. The HR Assistant II will handle incoming calls and walk-in visitors simultaneously, ensuring inquiries/needs are handled or appropriately redirected. This position requires the ability to remain open and adaptable to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and work effectively and efficiently with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. The HR Assistant II will relate well with a diverse population and at all levels inside and outside the organization, while maintaining professional and constructive working relationships and an extremely high level of confidentiality.
