This position will provide administrative support to the recruiters in the Deer Park Hiring Office as well as other HR staff pertaining to recruiting, pre-employment processing, new hire onboarding, data entry, etc. The role involves providing administrative or secretarial support to a department and/or Manager, including general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work. Responsibilities are mainly administrative in nature and support general business operations. The role requires working under fairly close supervision to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures, with some knowledge of general office procedures.
