About The Position

This temporary, part-time position supports the Human Resources department with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment

Nice To Haves

  • HR environment a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment law preferred
  • Experience with ADP or similar HR/payroll systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department across all company locations.
  • Assist with HR compliance and recordkeeping activities in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
  • Support employee training coordination and documentation efforts.
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of personnel files and HR records, both physical and digital.
  • Support HR process improvement and operational projects as directed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion at all times.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
