Requirements

  • Provide administrative support to one or more human resources functions.
  • Update the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Compile statistics for HR management reports.
  • Conduct pre-employment screening interviews.
  • Check references.
  • Respond to routine questions on HR policy.
  • Prepare reports to support corporate and managerial metrics.
  • Administer employee acquisition, onboarding, development, EEO, government regulations, employee relations and activities, record keeping (including HRIS), posting requirements, corrective action, worker’s compensation, and exit processes.
  • Assist with the administration of benefits and enrollments.
  • Assist with the administration of wellness health and safety initiatives, metrics, and releases.
  • Function as a primary contact for employee queries.
  • Function in support capacity to all Director of HR activities.
  • Prepare internal employee communications.
  • Demonstrate decisiveness and good judgment in unusual and unexpected situations.
  • Manage conflict or differences effectively.
  • Provide a positive example of punctuality, attendance, compliance with company policy and values, and in supporting a pleasant and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
