Requirements

  • High school diploma or successful completion of GED, supplemented by graduation from a one (1) year post-secondary program in a related field.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of related experience.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Written and spoken competence in English is required.
  • Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Accounting and/or Payroll.
  • Experience using an ERP System (i.e Oracle Fusion or other).

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Super User for the Time & Labour, Absence and Core HR modules in Oracle Fusion, SNB’s Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP).
  • Provide guidance to Employees, Line Managers and the People and Culture Team to ensure efficient and accurate data and payroll processing.
  • Process and monitor employee data transactions in Oracle Fusion.
  • Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and validation checks.
  • Support and advise system users on procedures and best practices.
  • Produce and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Assist with resolving data and time-related issues in Fusion.
  • Manage, assign and respond to enquiries through a Client Service Center ticket escalation system.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the People and Culture team.
  • Support the organization in future deployment waves and enhancements.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
